Masseria San Michele works daily on standards and protocols that not only meet hygiene and cleanliness guidelines, but also ensure the highest standards of safety for our guests and staff, as well as the high quality of the experience offered by our Masseria.

This is what you will also find when you arrive:

Rooms/Suites: We will sanitize the rooms at each check-in and allow for continuous air sanitization through portable equipment involving ozone (germicide misting).

Airconditioning: The air conditioning and ventilation systems of the rooms will be sanitized at every check-in. Dispensers: In every area of Masseria will be available to customers and employees dispensers to dispense gel disinfectant.

Safety equipment: Safety kits such as masks, gloves, disinfectants and germicides for cleaning surfaces will be available to all guests and contact staff.

Security Manager: We have appointed a person responsible for the constant monitoring of the application of procedures in terms of safety of guests and staff. Staff will access the facility from a dedicated entrance controlled with a thermoscanner for temperature detection.

Training: All our staff have been trained according to WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines so that they can safely carry out their assigned tasks.

We will guarantee the respect of the distances:

Private spaces: The Masseria enjoys a situation already in itself privileged, with large spaces for garden and rooms that have always guaranteed guests maximum privacy and ease in maintaining distances. We will preserve this specificity and where possible we will implement it further.

Common areas: The areas will be constantly sanitized and we will ensure social distancing.

Breakfast area: We will ensure the spacing of the tables in our patio and in all outdoor areas.

Swimming pool: Our swimming pool will be constantly sanitized and supervised and we will respect all the provisions on the maximum capacity, so as to encourage the spacing.
